Yes, we deliver nationwide. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after processing.

How long does a custom order take?
Custom and made-to-order pieces take 3–5 business days to produce before they ship.

How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Returns & Warranty

What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable unless damaged or defective. Full details in our Refund Policy.

Do bean bags come with a warranty?
Yes — every bean bag includes a 3-year warranty plus 7 months of free refill service.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
