Refund policy

Returns — We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

Custom Orders — Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

Bean Bag Warranty — All bean bags come with a 3-year warranty plus 7 months of free refill.

Damaged Items — DM @seventyseven.dc within 7 days with your order number and a photo.

Refunds — Issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
